When Luci, a military space captain, and her ship, Morna, are attacked by a strange light tower, they crash onto an old planet and are separated. Luci loses her mind connection with Morna and has no way back to her until she is confronted by Renaldo, a ship-hating ex-Captain. Desperate to find Morna, Luci takes him hostage and forces him to help her, but Renaldo has plans of his own.
